Verdugo Woodlands Survivor Challenge 2025 happens March 14th!

Hailed as the "most fun day of the year", this VW tradition is back for 2025. Students are placed in one of four teams and compete in team building games and activities, and participate in a fun obstacle course to test their determination and school spirit! Survivor Challenge is also a chance for family and friends to show their support by sponsoring students. Funds raised through this event are used to pay for additional staff like:

• Reading Intervention Teachers - help students reach their grade level in reading English, which helps students perform better academically in all subjects
• Care Counselors - provide support and guidance for students experiencing difficulties with new environments or situations at home
• Technology Assistants - help teachers and students with computer equipment, software, and internet in our digital world
