Verdugo Woodlands Survivor Challenge 2024 happens March 15th!

Hailed as the "most fun day of the year", this VW tradition is back for 2024. Students are placed in one of four teams and compete in team building games and activities, and participate in a fun obstacle course to test their determination and school spirit! Survivor Challenge is also a chance for family and friends to show their support by sponsoring students. Each student has a fundraising goal of $100, but any amount of donation is appreciated. Funds raised through this event are used to pay for additional staff like:

• Reading Intervention Teachers - help students reach their grade level in reading English, which helps student perform better academically in all subjects
• Care Counselors - provide support and guidance for students experiencing difficulties with new environments or situations at home
• Technology Assistants - help teachers and students with computer equipment, software, and internet in our digital world

Donations can be made at the 99Pledges site.
Look for your student by name, and quickly share with friends and family to increase support for our school.  

Parents are encouraged to volunteer to get up close to the action!
